Bahasa Indonesia Guide

Bahasa Informal.

There are 300  different languages in every part of Indonesia. In Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia -most people use bahasa Indonesia or Indonesian language as the officcial/national languge.

Jakarta is of meltilng pot of representative from more than 300 ethnics groups speaking 200 different language, and it is the principle gatewy to the rest of Indonesia. Jakarta has it all, from modern hight rise,state of the art, shopping centers, luxurious hotels, convention facilities and much more.

Usually, bahasa Indonesia used divided to formal and informal form. Formal bahasa Indonesia is taugh and studied, it is expected to be used  in schools, offices, on public occasion and in writing. News, interviews on serious topic and announce events are also conducted in formal bahasa Indonesia.

Informal bahasa Indonesia is used  ineveryday communication within an informal situation. It is a modified form of the formal bahasa  Indonesia. Television, print media and advertising  often use them to appeal more to the reader or audience.

selamat datang                                                     welcome
